We work really hard to make sure an accident DOESN’T happen during events and worship services– but hey, we are dealing with kids!  Accidents do happen.

If a child is involved in an accident, of course, our staff/volunteers will take care of the child's immediate need first and then the parent(s) will be located and asked to attend to the child. A member of the Children’s Ministry team at FUMC will complete an Accident Report Form, make a copy, and then give the original to our front office and a copy to the parent(s). Blank forms are located in the Children’s Ministry office.
